Whatever obstacle you’re currently facing, rather than scrunch your mind looking for ways round or over it, simply visualize yourself jumping clean over it. See yourself on the other side, looking back and going, ‘phew, cleared that one,’ and then facing forwards into a glorious future, even if you have no idea what it is. Repeat this internal operation frequently throughout the day instead of worrying and scheming and you’ll be rather stunned by how life moves things on to your benefit without you having to do anything directly about it.
